Samba Kick World Cup 2006 Germany

The World Cup 2006 is the event that brings everybody in the world together. Imagine that, every person from different country speaking different language can watch it. I think it is ever more so marvellous that people can sit down together and watch it peacefully (although sometimes there's fight over who's supposed to win). I do believe that this is the only event that everybody in the world is watching.

It amazed me that every "mamak" in here...Malaysia...is filled with different races of people watching it. So full until some have to stand by the road. The tables are so full that they have to place it on the road too. I guess it must be really fun to watch together in a place like that. Peoples zooming there, drinking a cup of coffee or "teh ais" while enjoying the match. Many people i believe sacrifice their sleep just to be able to watch the match "Live".... I did it too. Cause as what many people always said that it only happen once every 4 years. So, a bit of sacrifice is worth it.

Some people even prefers to watch football then to do other thing that they normally do...for example, clubbing. I was in Bangsar the other day when they match was on between Germany n Argentina. And all the pub were full of people watching the match. I walked the whole street and mostly people are busy watching the match rather than dancing. It really is a first for me to see that. It really amazed me....even girls like me are watching it too. And we are not just watching it for the sake of looking at cute guys like David Beckham and Micheal Owen (althought some does) but we do watch it for the interest.

World Cup is indeed exciting for most people. Well, as many have said it...maybe cause it only happens once every 4 years..i'm excited of it too...and sad that it's going to end soon. So, i'm going to put my support now on France n Germany. May the force be with them. Just simply Samba KicK FIFA World Cup 2006.

When you're mad

When you're mad. Curiously, guys just don't even need to lift his finger to make a girl mad. They can do it all the time, at anywhere at all. Sometimes they are just blur and that they doesn't know that they have made the girl angry. They are so blur sometimes. Really. And everytime if you started shouting at them, they would make you laugh. They would be so soft and they would act like they are so scared of you and look at you as if you are a hen who lost it's chicks, well not all of them. Anyway, so, instead of getting mad at them, you started laughing and the anger inside of you just whisk away. Just that easy.

Guys just doesn't understand that all the girl want to have of them is their attention. Just a little slight caring thought about your girl will make her happy. But no...guys just don't get it. They will always said that we get mad for little nonsense itsy bitsy things. And that we shouldn't do that because what they think is that it's just so immature. Yeah yea...i get that too. But seriously, we don't get mad for small things that doesn't matter, we get mad for small things that does matter to us.

Some just doesn't want to admit that they do care for the girl. Instead they just act as if they don't but in their heart they do..alot. Hmm...just to say this that...a girl's heart is very fragile...so does a guy of course... you will never thought that they are so so fragile inside. So, girls and guys the same. Do take care of each other's heart! Just say sorry to each other and make peace.

Should a girl let a guy know she loves him more than he does?

Should a girl let a guy knows that she loved him more? I mean, my friends were always tellng me not to ever let that happen if i was having a crush on some guys which i don't know. But fo rme, as i am becoming more open-minded each day as what we have seen and view in this 21st century. I think girl this age should be able to express themselves as how a guy can express themselves to a girl if they like them. Girls should not be afraid of their feelings as it is usually normal to have that. I mean, don't tell me only a guy should have the right to go after a girl? Girls can do the same thing too.

But the main point here today is whether girls should let a guy know that they love them more? For me, i really don;t know the answer but i guess it is alright to let them nknow. Why should guys always have to be more loving than the girl? Guys should get the equal right to know that they are loved by their girls.

The other question is..should a girl make a move on a guy she likes? Meaning like asking him out for drinks, movies, calling him when he's not calling you? What is your opinion on this matter? Cause really need your opinion on this matter. For me, i kinda think it's not really a big deal of who's calling who but my friends think so? so...what is your suggestions?????
Write your comment down please...thank you.

The biz week

Well, it's been really crazy last week.Lettin all the assingments due at the same week is all bad news cause we have always been doing last minute work. Yeah..doom's week for us but we survived it. It's been a tiring week and we have got not enough sleep...absolutely. Well, it's really up to us to complete it a week before but we didn't. It's way too many things for us and sometimes you really feel that 24 hours a day is not enough. But initially, it was all in the learning process i guess. We did learnt something of course during these course of work. Everybody was just as tired as me and my group members. Some of them are so brave that they are only completing it at the eve of the night before the due date. I really don't know how they can cope with that lots of stress. I wouldn't be able to complete it and yeah i might be crazy coz of over-stress and i might not sleep because of that. That is just crazy. But really, i don't know how some of them can really manage to do it. Salute for their braveness, that's all.

We had 4 assignments and we have to complete it last week. Really rushing but thank GOd that we have good lecturers and good classmates aka friends.

Interview with the Deputy Editor of Seventeen Magazine, Chan MeiLing

Well, seventeen is a fashion and beauty magazine as what Deputy Editor of seventeen, Chan Mei Ling told us. For your information, she's the new deputy editor of seventeen. Her name will only be feature in the May's edition. My point here today is that she is just sooo friendly. Unlike our recent encounter with Lynette Ow, this is way different.

And there we were at section 13 PJ, Bluinc media company, we met her and she instantly shaked my hand as she only knows me. Yeah, she knows my name as i constantly make call and my hp number was stated in the email. That's so cool! One look of her tells us that we don't have to be afraid of her. And yet she looked so pretty, face doesn't look completely like a chinese. She looked kinda mix actually. And we were actually drawn by her warmnest and she make us feel at ease although i feel otherwise as i was so nervous just meeting her. That's so cool!

She greeted us and she brought us to a small meeting room. SHe was way different than cleo editor. What makes us more happier is that she's holding our interview paper that we send to her. How professional was that? Then, the silence began and i was so nervous. The others expect me to start first and i indicate to Eeling to start. Hehe...too nervous la..so then we started out interview question. And she was so open about our question and she gave us what we need to know. She even told us that their magazine does not necessary feature girls' with skinny figure instead they wan a lively figure of the teenage girls. That was way wonderful as we as a teenagers really can relate to ourselves when we looked at those models. And yet, these models are chosen from the public. In a nutshell, MeiLing was great. And she was ever so helpful she told us to email her if we ever have any inquiry. Thats a real way to treat your readers!Lastly, we thank her so much and we went back.

After that, we have been told that the opportunity to become a model for the magazine is highly up to us. Amazing! So, girls out there. Just join this casting event happening every first tuesday on every month and try out your luck if you think you've got what it takes to be their chosen model. Just send your particular and photos to them. Check out Seventeen mag! They are way cooler if you want to know what's the latest trend in the fashion world. Ok, that's my wonderful experience visiting the editor of seventeen. It's been warm and friendly yet knowledgable.

Interview with the Editor of Cleo Magazine, Lynette Ow

Hell....today we have to go through almost 2 hours of journey to get to where? Uptown..smart of us..to get lost everywhere...thats where it takes our time. Lucky we started otu journey early and got there before its too late...at Uptown 2 building...Level 8..that's where ACP media...home of CLEO magazine...and guess what..we were so anxious..so many butterflies in my stomach at that moment. It was like crazy before i got up there. And yet we have to interview the editor...thats so cool....but yet so terrifying. And there we were...the secretary looked at us one kind as if we were in the wrong place and as if she's saying..what kind of big deal these "kids" have with the editor.

And so there we were ( Me, Evon, Devon and Eeling) in a small room in the office to interview miss Lynette Ow. And there she was, looking pale with her scarf and messy hair look. She doesn't seem to be in a good mood and she told us that she only had 30 minutes with us. We got her attention and she shaked hand with us and we introduced ourselves. I started off by asking her the first qeustions. And guess wht she said, she said she don't get what i mean. So, intelligently, i have to explain to her. And it went on and on and on. She even said some of our questions are too ambiguos. Aiyo...what to do...it;s for our research. WEll, for us..she said something that ticks our brain to think. I asked her that if magazine influenced the women in spending their money on expensive items. And she answered that Malaysian women are smarter than we thought. We don't buy just everything that they recommended but we pick and choose the suitable items that we want to buy instead of buying them all. Well, i guess that right eh? Malaysian women like US are smart. Hahaha...no...seriously..its true.

But what we 4 agree upon after the interview is that, she is only giving us all the positive feedback of CLEO magazine. I mean it's right for her to defend whatever questions that we might asked that may cause a bad impressions on her magazine. But by her doing that, it kills our research. We can get nothing from her. Instead, what she said we can do it ourselves. Seriously. But she's just being a bit bitchy. That's what the entertainment people always do anyway.

Well, after we finishes our questions. She asked us some questions too. Asked us what magazine we normally read. So, i and Evon said CLEO. So, she asked us opinion of the magazine. And deliberately, we gave her positive comment on it too as not to offend her. Haha....but seriously, i love CLEO because of their articles and their Q&A sex...haha..really curious to know that people actually did all that. Well, you gotta read to know what i mean. It's better to chat with her normally than interviewing her. Cos when she stopped talking, i have to ease the uneasiness by quickly asking another questions. Damn. It was terrifying and i have to smile always. Hmmm...thats what u gotta do when u need their help.

Anyway, it's a good experience not to be forgotten. I'm so flattered to see her as i think being a magazine editor is so cool yet tiring job. But really really am happy to get this experience. Thanx miss Lean for forcing us to do this research...hahaha...just joking...it's only half true...it's also a challenge for us as we have not gone through this before. Great great day...but a tired tired day too...for all of us. GOtta do a better job next time...aiya...sayonara....live CLEO....the magazine...
